Service Description
We offer workshops or training sessions for companies and leadership teams on creating supportive environments for employees with disabilities. Our session focuses on fostering empathy, understanding ADHD-related strengths, and equipping teams with practical tools to help coworkers with ADHD thrive. Topics Include: - Unconscious Bias, Inclusive Leadership, Conflict Resolution - Feedback, Communication, and Collaboration - Disability Inclusion and Accommodation Key Topics: Understanding ADHD in the workplace (beyond the stereotypes). Empathy training to improve teamwork and communication. Practical adjustments to support productivity (flexible workflows, tools, and communication strategies). Highlighting the unique strengths of employees with ADHD, such as creativity, multitasking, and innovation. Follow-Up Add-Ons: Post-workshop coaching (1-2 sessions) Resource packets, video recordings, or tailored materials **prices are base and will be negotiated at booking**
