1 in 5 Professional Women Are Neurodivergent.

We’re building a world where that’s a power.

Superwoman Society is a platform for high-achieving women with ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence who are tired of trying to fit into systems that weren’t built for them. We help them excel on their own terms, through coaching, mentorship, and community support designed specifically for how they think, lead, and work.

We don’t teach you how to mask better.
We help you stop burning out while crushing it.

Our Origin Story

Too Many Women Are Quietly Burning Out

Our founder, Nicole R. Ferrera was one of them.

After building a successful career in media and technology— leading multi-million-dollar strategies at companies like ViacomCBS—Nicole was diagnosed with ADHD in her 30s.

The diagnosis brought clarity, but it also revealed a deeper challenge.

Navigating the workplace as a woman already involves unspoken dynamics and systemic barriers. Layering neurodivergence on top of that often means facing those challenges with fewer tools, less support, and higher expectations.

While searching for resources, Nicole found that most systems and communities weren’t designed for women—especially not for professionals in leadership roles. Tools were often rooted in male-based research. Conversations focused heavily on medication or generalized advice. Few addressed the realities of managing a career, team, or business as a neurodivergent woman.

Superwoman Society was created to fill that gap. It’s a professional platform designed for women who think differently—providing coaching, mentorship, and community support tailored to how they work, lead, and succeed.
